No Supplement is a magic pill or powder that will allow you to gain muscle overnight, in order to gain muscle you need a good foundation and the time and energy to build on that foundation.
First of all you need to ensure your diet is correct, you want to throw all of the junk food out of the house, your body is like a machine and if you fuel it correctly the performance will increase, ensure your body is getting the relevant amount of Calories, Carbohydrates and protein you need. A Good balanced diet is the start of muscle growth.
Once your diet is sorted you need to ensure your training consistently with intensity, this means that your stick to your routine and you always give 100% no half measures as well as training hard you need to rest as well, muscle is not built in the gym! Your body repairs and builds muscle as you rest so make sure you’re getting 8+ hours sleep each night.
Only once your training and diet are sorted can you expect to build muscle. Supplements won’t magically help you pack on muscle but if used correctly they can greatly increase the muscle gains you achieve through your training.
